1890’s Gown

1890’s Gown

I was commissioned to design and construct this custom 1890’s gown.

It is complete with corset, petticoat, shirtwaist, jacket, and over-skirt. The base patterns for each item was from Truly Victorian Patterns. 

I created mockups in order to check the fit, then altered each pattern to match the clients design preferences, and include the different color at the bottom of the skirt and jacket.
