Romeo and Juliet

As Draper for Romeo and Juliet I was able to drape the outerwear for both father and daughter. For Lord Capulet the design called for a striking velvet cape. I focused on achieving sharp, tailored shoulders while honoring the natural flow of the velvet within limited yardage. Juliet’s jacket called for a feminine romantic feel. I achieved this through the use of regency tailoring lines and a full skirt that pettled nicely around her ankles.
